I am a Brooklyn-based collage artist and painter. Through my art, I explore landscape - both natural imagery (inspired from growing up in the suburbs of New Jersey) and also the mechanical infrastructure of New York. I channel my emotions through surreal and sometimes dystopian depictions of physical spaces. I use collage as a surface for most painting and as a process to generate ideas and get inspired.
I received a Master's in Art Education from Pratt Institute and my Bachelor's degree in Art & Art History from Dickinson College, with a focus on painting. Currently I teach art to PreK-5th graders at PS 199 in Midwood, Brooklyn.
